Dave Van Drimmelen, MAI, SRA founded our company in 1978 as Bodell-Van Drimmelen & Associates.  In 2010, we changed the name of our commercial division company to Van Drimmelen & Associates, Inc.  Currently, we have seven appraisers.  All seven are certified general appraisers within the state of Utah.  Between our appraisers, we have experience on the national level in 47 states and over 120 years of experience.

We believe in the values of education, experience, hard work, integrity, quality and promptness.  We believe that the achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual and expect each of our appraisers to work together to provide the most accurate, quality appraisal possible.  We subscribe to a variety of data sources and will do everything possible to ensure that our data is accurate and that we have the most relevant data available.  Our office is a team and we work together to ensure that our clients are satisified with the quality of our work and the research and support we provide to our value conclusions.  We are competitive with fees and turn-around times, while maintaining integrity.  We know that our appraisals are used to make important financial and investments decisions and we take that responsibility very seriously.
